We are proud to announce that our talented students from CAEDMI AIT secured first place at the AI City Hackathon held in Osh! The competition took place from January 24–31, 2025, bringing together the brightest minds in artificial intelligence and smart city innovation.
About the AI City Hackathon
The AI City Hackathon challenged participants to develop cutting-edge AI solutions to improve urban living. The event included both online and offline stages, with the final rounds held at Osh State University on January 30–31. The hackathon featured 49 registered teams, of which 33 advanced to the pre-pitching round in Osh, and 23 teams reached the finals.
CAEDMI AIT’s Winning Project: AI Smart Crosswalk
Our team impressed the judges with their innovative AI Smart Crosswalk solution, designed to enhance pedestrian safety using artificial intelligence. Competing against some of the most skilled developers, designers, and engineers, our students demonstrated outstanding technical expertise and problem-solving skills, ultimately securing the top spot.
